A leading global coffee brand had previously aligned on a new loyalty program they had designed and planned. They had defined their desired features and developed a Proof of Concept. However, they didn’t have the technical expertise nor the development power to upgrade their PoC to functioning software. They reached out to Originate for a nine month engagement to build, launch, and sustain the software through its release phase.

Integrated Team

Originate treated this as a partnership, working with the client rather than for the client. Originate led the development of all major backend features. Originate’s team of developers wrote and engineered the entire backend architecture and backbone for the project, including real-time Point-of-Sale data, data pipelines and warehouses, cloud infrastructure, and data science platform. All of this was done in coordination with the client’s team with their end-to-end cooperation to guarantee our developed product met their expectations.

Within the initial nine month engagement, Originate was able to launch a sophisticated, stable, and scalable product capable of processing billions of transactions in real time.
